These terms apply to this website — the public pages that describe Secrets Manager. Reading these pages creates no contractual relationship between us; using the application does, and it's the application's agreement that governs it.
What this site is for
It exists to explain the product to someone deciding whether they want it. What's here is commercial information: it isn't a contractual offer, it creates no obligations for the reader, and it doesn't replace the application's agreement or anything written in a proposal we've sent you.
What we describe, and what state it's in
Some of the capabilities described on this site are specified and designed, and not yet available. We flag those where the difference matters: the comparison page marks them “On the roadmap” and names them, rather than presenting them as though they already existed. If a decision of yours depends on one of them, ask us before you decide and we'll tell you where it stands.
The comparison with other products
The comparison table was checked on the date the page itself gives, against what each product documented publicly that day. Those products change without telling us, which is why the page asks you to check each vendor's own site before you decide. The trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products being compared: nothing there implies an association, a sponsorship or an endorsement.
The content of these pages
The text, images and code on this site are ours, or are here with the permission of whoever made them. You're welcome to quote us, with attribution and a link to the page you quoted. Republishing whole pages elsewhere, or presenting this material as someone else's, is not.
Availability
This site is published as it is. It can change without notice, it can be temporarily unreachable, and it can stop existing. It isn't a service anybody buys, and nothing on this page says otherwise.
What this site keeps in your browser
One cookie, holding the language you chose, and only after you choose it. The booking page also shows another company's calendar, which loads only if you press the button and which may write cookies of its own. Both are described in full in this site's privacy policy, on the link beside this one in the footer.
When these terms change
The date at the top changes with them, and the version that counts is whichever one is published here at the time.
